We need to know without a doubt that she is alive and that you have her. We want to hear from you, and we are ready to listen. Please reach out to us."
The family's plea comes as investigators believe Nancy Guthrie was taken from her home over the weekend, with signs of forced entry and no indication that she left on her own.
Guthrie, 84, was last seen on Saturday evening when she was dropped off by family after dinner. She was reported missing on Sunday after not attending church.
The Pima County sheriff's department in Arizona has taken the notes and tips seriously but has not disclosed further details.
The sheriff's office confirmed that detectives are speaking with anyone who had contact with Nancy Guthrie last weekend but have not identified any suspects or persons of interest.
